Lea Bridges       Lia

• Lea has more than 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing area. She has worked through all levels of the sales functions from being a sales representative to owning and managing her own retail outlet.

• During her time as Vice President and co-owner of a Harley Davidson dealership, she honed her financial and P&L acumen, as well as her successful skills in customer service in a competitive market. She was also responsible for the daily operations of the retail division including recruiting, training and managing the retail sales team, purchasing and marketing motor-clothes and accessories. Lea managed to increase the net income of dealership by 300% and vehicle sales by 250%.

• She has been successful in building up sales territories from scratch in a number of industries such as Oil & Gas, Water Utilities, Food & Beverage, Motorcycles, Fashion Accessories and Contracting Services.

• In all of these positions, Lea has been responsible for market review and planning, strategy formulation and execution, sales team development, customer relationship development and financial responsibilities for business results.

• Lea has been actively involved in sales team development and has participated in Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Mentor/Sales Trainee program in Dallas, Texas as a Mentor to several incoming college recruits. 

• During her career in sales, Lea attended many training courses to continually upgrade her skills and capabilities, including Harley Davidson University’s continuing education courses in retail sales and marketing.

• In line with her commitment to continual self development, Lea is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Broward College.
