a business is required plan for the replacement of key talents as a back-up
measure or due to growth requirements. Owner-managed business face particularly

Assess
Review current organisation talents
We will review the current managers's talents in terms of attitudes, skills and leadership using interviews and other appropriate instruments
Identify gaps in attitude and skill levels
We will then compare the above to the future requirements of the organisation. Where the best fit is missing, we will then identify the necessary attitudes and skills required to meet the future requirements.
Coach
Devise strategies to groom incumbents or recruit new staff
Where you need to recruit staff from outside the organisation, we will assist in developing the selection criteria, participate in the selection process. For the new as well as existing staff that are identified as being capable of meeting the organisation's future requirements, we will devise specific personalised development plans for both interpersonal and professional skills and attitudes.
Coach the individual managers or the team of managers for succession
For the agreed duration of the individual's development plan, we will periodically meet with them and coach them in the appropriate skills, attitudes or techniques.
Evaluate
Project Challenges
Working together with the management we will help you to devise projects within the company's current business to afford the selected staff the opportunity to exercise their newly learnt skills under controlled environment. These would enable them to work with minimal supervision while taking on actal rather than hypothetical business projects.
Performance Measures
We will develop specific performance measures that will evaluate the success of the selected staff and enable the management to assess progress of the selected staff. Where deficiencies are noticed, we will assist in devising new programs for the further development of the staff.
