Background
EMG was set up in 2000 to initially help local companies expand overseas. We assisted companies who wanted to internationalise by helping them go into Indonesia, Malaysia and China markets. In this process, we worked with owners and senior managers to craft strategies and assisted them in implementing them. Wherever required, we worked with experts from the other fields, such as finance, tax and technology to achieve the overall objectives. In this way we have grown to become advisors to companies in countries like Myanmar, Indonesia and China, as they too try to become international, both in market reach and management standards.
Our very own personal experience in the region has helped us to guide and facilitate the growth of our clients in their respective business areas/markets. The first-hand regional experience of our key members has helped to develop Business Owners and CEOs of our clients on a very down-to-earth and practical level. We are able to bring to our clients the required expertise in all aspects of managing an enterprise, from general management to financial management and accounting, from marketing to production and logistics, from human resources to training and coaching. By providing this seamless service, we help to reduce the unnecessary clutter from everyday issues and enable our clients to see the priority of what has to be done.
