CT Chen was educated at St Andrew’s School, Singapore and at the National University of Singapore where he graduated with a Bachelor of laws degree with Honours in1988. In 1989, he was admitted to the Singapore Bar. Having worked in two law firms in Singapore for a period of years where he gained valuable experience and exposure in civil and commercial litigation, CT Chen established his own legal practice under the style and name of “Chen Lee & Partners” in 1996. Between 1996 and 2002, CT Chen developed and ran a thriving legal practice. His clientele ranged from fresh start-ups, local SMEs and Public Listed companies to multi-national corporations.

In December 2002, CT Chen dissolved the partnership to join ACIES Law Corporation as a Director.
